About Brodie

 

Brodie is our second Shiloh Shepherd from Shenandoah Shilohs. He is a very sweet, affectionate, intelligent and loyal member of our family. Brodie has a deep love for his family although his main focus is towards our daughters, Melissa and Caitlynn. He takes the responsibility of watching over them very seriously but without aggression. He knows when it's time for them to get up for school and wakes both of them daily. Since he has arrived in our home at 8 weeks of age, he has been a familiar site at the end of the school path near our home waiting for his girls while offering tail wags and kisses to those who pass by. He is affectionately known to his conformation handler as "Ferdinand" because of his playful attitude, willingness to please, and his ability to stop and smell the flowers along the way.

Since six months of age Brodie has excelled in the conformation ring winning a Puppy Best in Show during his first show weekend. Since that time he has accumulated many Breed, Herding Group, Reserve Best in Show and Best in Show wins. His accomplishments in the ring have earned him the International Shiloh Shepherd Club's (ISSDC) 2006 Puppy of the Year award as well as the National Shiloh Breeder's Registry's (NSBR) 2006 #1 Top Dog award. We look forward to many more accomplishments from Brodie in the ring! Our thanks go to his handler, Suzy Graham, for her outstanding, amazing and totally awesome abilities which have guided Brodie along the way and their continued success in the ring.

Brodie has also passed his Temperament Test (TT) with gunfire as well as earned his Canine Good Neighbor (CGN) certification.

Brodie has passed his health testing with flying colors and is available for stud to select females.
